At Tepy, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your data collected by our application, please follow the instructions below.
How to request the deletion of your data
Through the Tepy app:
- Open the Tepy app on your device.
- Go to the “Settings” menu (usually located in the top-right corner).
- Select “Account Management.”
- Click on “Delete Account” and confirm your choice. This will result in the permanent deletion of your data associated with our service.
Request via email: Alternatively, you can send us a deletion request via email. Send a message to customers@tepy.app with the subject “Data Deletion Request.” Please make sure to include the following information:
- Your full name
- The email associated with your Tepy account
- A brief description of your request
We will respond within 30 days to confirm the deletion of your data.
What happens after the deletion of your data
- The deletion of your data is irreversible. Once completed, your account and associated data cannot be recovered.
- Some data may be retained for legal or compliance purposes, as required by law.
